Our Process
Surface Prep
Most failures start before the first drop of resin hits the ground. Shot blasting opens the concrete's pores at a mechanical level — creating the surface profile that makes adhesion permanent, not provisional.
01Vapor Control
Concrete breathes. Vapor pressure beneath the slab will eventually compromise any coating applied over it — unless it's stopped before the system goes down. The moisture barrier is what separates a floor that lasts from one that bubbles and peels.
02Base + Broadcast
The AR 3000 coat goes down pigmented and wet. Vinyl flake is broadcast to full rejection — meaning the surface is saturated completely before any excess is swept back. This isn't decoration. It's what gives the floor its texture, grip, and dimensional depth.
03Final Seal
AR 4000 PA goes on last and locks the system in place. Impact-tested to 160 lb under ASTM D2794. Water absorption under 0.5% per ASTM C413. This is the layer that faces the forklifts, the chemicals, the daily load — and doesn't move.
